By engaging SPARTA BOOK PUBLISHING for any of our services (including but not limited to Ebook Publishing, Formatting, Editorial Services, and Marketing), you agree to the terms outlined herein. We provide professional assistance to facilitate the independent publishing of your literary works.

2. Authorship and 100% Rights Retention

Sparta Book Publishing operates as a service provider, not a traditional publisher. This means:

Exclusive Ownership: You, the Author, retain 100% ownership and copyright of your work at all times.
Royalties: You are entitled to 100% of the royalties generated through sales on distribution platforms (e.g., Amazon, Apple, Google). We do not take a percentage of your book sales.
Decision Making: You maintain final creative control over the content, cover design, and retail pricing of your book.

3. Professional Service Standards

We pledge to deliver high-quality services according to industry best practices:

Formatting: We ensure your eBook and print files meet the technical standards required by major global retailers.
Editorial: While we provide expert editing to enhance clarity and grammar, the Author remains responsible for the factual accuracy and original voice of the content.
Timelines: We strive to meet all project milestones; however, publishing timelines may vary based on the complexity of the manuscript and third-party platform approval processes.

4. Author Responsibility

The Author represents and warrants that the work submitted is their original creation and does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy, or legal rights of any third party. The Author assumes full legal responsibility for the content published under their name.

5. Distribution Facilitation

While we facilitate the upload and distribution of your work to global marketplaces, the final acceptance and "go-live" status of any book are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific retailers (e.g., Amazon KDP, IngramSpark). We act as your technical facilitator to navigate these platforms efficiently.

6. Fees and Payments

Fees for our publishing packages or individual services are agreed upon at the start of the project. Services commence upon receipt of the initial agreed payment. All fees are transparent, with no hidden costs added post-agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

SPARTA BOOK PUBLISHING shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through professional arbitration or in the appropriate legal jurisdictions.
